Leezo Lifestyle Return & Exchange

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.

The first priorities of Leezo Lifestyle the customer are satisfied with their product which is delivered to the customer in case something happen in products Leezo Lifestyle gives exchanging and refunding options to customer.

1) Situation :
Only damage or defective product will be acceptable for exchanging or refunding.

2) Terms of returns :
Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.

If you have received a defective product, send us images at infoleezolifestyle@gmail.com and we will get back to you. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on infoleezolifestyle@gmail.com.

Products should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund.

Note: sometimes miner colors difference between camera shoot and original products it’s not acceptable for returning.

3) EXCHANGE POLICY :
Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.

Our customer service center received customer mail (as shown above terms of returns (2)) regarding damage products. After that checkout in our stock if available same product then give the exchanging and refunding option to customer. And it does depend on customer those they what choose for themselves exchanging or refunding of products.

4) RETURN PROCESS :
You can apply for a Return from your Leezo Lifestyle account return an order by clicking Return and on the My Orders page.

We accept returns within 7 days of order delivery. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. (Excluding holidays).

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

4) REFUND :
Once we receive the product the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account. Products should be same condition as you received it In its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. Otherwise refund is cancelled. Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:

a) Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.
b) NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.
c) Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days.

Only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
